Individual therapy is great, but sometimes what we really need is community with people who are dealing with the same issue. That’s why I’m introducing some group therapy options in 2027! You can browse below, then fill out the form at the bottom to get on the list.

I Just Don’t Feel Like Myself: The Transition of Perimenopause

In this group we’ll talk about how perimenopause turns everything in life upside down and explore some practical tools to help you find support and get back in the driver’s seat.

Starting in: February

Sessions and cost: 8 sessions, $50/week or $350 up front

Everything’s On Fire and I’m Fine: Exploring Critical Climate Hope 

This is for folks looking for a way to move past climate anxiety into action. Critical hope pushes us to examine our world as it is, envision the better world we know is possible, and engage in practical action to move the needle.

Starting in: March

Sessions and cost: 8 sessions, $40/week or $280 up front

School’s Out for Summer: Maintaining Wellness Without the Structure of College

You don’t want to dim your sparkle in summer, but don’t glitter bomb your life either. Especially helpful for neurodivergent students, this group will provide a mix of practical skills and support.

Starting in: April

Sessions and cost: 6 sessions, $50/week or $250 up front

Queer Southern Book Club - exploring queer Southern identity through reading and discussion

Love You Forever: Loving Our Kids Even When We Don’t Understand - You want to be supportive but you aren’t sure how. This group for parents of LGBTQ+ kids is centered on providing education and support.

We’re All Luisa Right Now: The Joy and Stress of Unburdening Others - Mental health professionals are carrying heavy loads right now. This group is designed as a space for you to process your own feelings and get support from peers.
